Wind Chill Warning remains in effect until 12 PM CST Friday for all of Northeast Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin. Counties in the Duluth area included in this warning are:

Bitterly cold temperatures and dangerous wind chills will persist throughout the Northland into Friday. Air temperatures Tonight and Thursday Morning and again Thursday Night and Friday Morning will range from 20 below to 45 below zero with temperatures Thursday Afternoon ranging from around zero to 20 below.

Winds of 5 to 15 mph with occasional gusts of 15 to 25 mph will cause wind chills to fall into the 30 below to 55 below range in the warning area through Friday.

This is a dangerous situation, frostbite could occur on exposed skin in a matter of minutes in conditions like this. Make sure you cover up all exposed skin if your going to be venturing outdoors.
