Average mean temperature for the month: 3.3 degrees. Normal: 8.4 degrees. We were 5.1 degrees below normal for the month.

Precipitation total for the month: 0.53″. Normal: 1.12″. We were 0.59″ below normal for the month.

Snowfall total for the month: 9.3″. Normal: 19.6″. We were 10.3″ below normal for the month.
