***MODERATE RISK FOR SEVERE THUNDERSTORMS FOR PARTS OF THE NORTHLAND***
The Storm Prediction Center has upgraded the severe weather risk to moderate for portions of Northeast and Eastcentral Minnesota into all of Northwestern Wisconsin for the rest of Today and Tonight. A slight risk for severe thunderstorms continues through Tonight over Northern Minnesota and Arrowhead.
The moderate risk area is roughly along a line from Brainerd, Grand Rapids, Hibbing to Duluth and Superior, including the I-35 corridor through Moose Lake, Hinckley, and Pine City, and includes all of Northwest Wisconsin.
