It’ll be dry tonight under mostly cloudy skies, there is potential for some clearing to develop in parts of the Northland, and if that does occur, then lows where skies clear could drop into the single digits and teens, otherwise we’re looking at overnight lows bottoming out in the 20s.
Partly to mostly cloudy skies on Monday with highs in the 30s but a few locations could rise toward 40 degrees. There is a chance for patchy drizzle or freezing drizzle Monday night and Tuesday morning with some drizzle or a few showers Tuesday afternoon into Tuesday night — Low pressure approaching the area from the west will be responsible in producing this light precipitation but no major travel problems are expected even if there is some freezing drizzle Monday night.
Tuesday has potential to be the warmest day this week with highs getting well into the 30s with 40s even possible. Note: Duluth, Minnesota has not had an above normal high temperature since October 26, over 2 weeks ago (17 days and counting!) This streak could end on Tuesday.
