- Flood Watch in effect from 3 PM this afternoon through late tonight for much of north central, northeast and east central Minnesota and far northwest Wisconsin including the cities of International Falls, Bigfork, Grand Rapids, Cass Lake, Walker, Brainerd, Aitkin, McGregor, Hill City, Pine City, Hinckley, Moose Lake, Cloquet, Duluth, Floodwood, Hibbing, Ely, Superior, Solon Springs, Danbury, Grantsburg, Webb Lake and Siren.
- Flash flooding caused by excessive rainfall is possible.
- Excessive runoff may result in flooding of rivers, creeks, streams, and other low-lying and flood-prone locations. Flooding may occur in poor drainage and urban areas.
- Localized flash flooding is possible with excessive rainfall rates likely within thunderstorms.
