Duluth Airport saw 0.3 inches of snow on November 9, 2025, marking the season’s first snowfall of 0.1 inch or more. Typically, the first snowfall of 0.1 inch happens around October 24. This is the latest first 0.1 inch snowfall since 2016, which was on November 18. For those wondering the winter of 2016-2017 had below-average snowfall, totaling 67 inches.
