A narrow band of snow swept through parts of northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin overnight, leaving 1 to 3 inches in most areas, with a few spots seeing as much as 4 or even 5 inches.

Snowfall reports for March 9-10, 2026, concluding at 12 PM on the 10th.

  • Poplar, WI: 2.5″
  • Cloquet, MN: 2.5″
  • Jacobson, MN: 2.5″
  • Mahtowa, MN: 2.5″
  • Moose Lake, MN: 2.5″
  • Duluth, MN: 2.2″ (official total at the NWS)
  • Herbster, WI: 2.0″
  • Payne, MN: 2.0″
  • Wrenshall, MN: 1.9″
  • Two Harbors, MN: 1.2″
  • Silver Bay, MN: 1.1″
