April 15, 2015 Weather Report – More clouds on Thursday but temperatures stay on the mild side

/Issued 7:20 PM CDT, Wednesday, April 15, 2015/

Visible satellite loop ending at 6:30 PM CDT This Evening.  Seeing an area of clouds  in Southern Minnesota push slowly toward the north, these clouds could affect the Northland on Thursday leading to less sun than what we have seen the past few days.  Temperatures will remain on the mild side, however, and we should get an off-shore wind in Downtown Duluth and Superior on Thursday so temperatures should warm up in these locales compared to what we saw Today.  Source, unisys weather.

7 day precipitation forecast valid through Wednesday, April 22, 2015.  All of Northeast Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin have a chance to pick up a half inch of much needed rainfall with most of this associated with the Sunday-Monday weather system.  Hopefully this will verify.  Source, Weather Prediction Center
