Minnesota
- Severe drought conditions affect 44% of the state, a decrease from 46% the previous week.
- Moderate drought conditions are currently affecting 78% of the state, a decrease from 83% last week.
- Ninety-nine percent of the state remains abnormally dry, with no change from the previous week.

Wisconsin
- Severe drought conditions now affect 17% of the state, an increase from 14% the previous week.
- Fifty-two percent of the state is experiencing moderate drought, a decrease from fifty-six percent the previous week.
- The entire state remains abnormally dry, with no change from the previous week.

Over the past 2 weeks the Northland has seen drought improve by 1 class in green with no change in gray.

Note: Since September 1st, Duluth has a precipitation deficit of -5.21 inches below normal, while International Falls is running -0.21 inches below normal in precipitation since September 1st.
