November 2025 Weather Summary for Northeast Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin

For most of November 2025, the Northland stayed snow-free, but the last week brought a heavy blast of snow to parts of the region, especially along the South Shore of Lake Superior, where some spots ended the month with 15 to 30 inches or more.

In November 2025, Duluth received 16.7 inches of snow, 2.6 inches more than usual, while International Falls recorded 4.1 inches, 8 inches less than normal.

In November 2025, Duluth saw snowfall of at least 0.1 inch on 6 days, just shy of the average 7 days. There were also 3 days with 1 inch or more of snow, matching the November average.

In November 2025, Duluth, Minnesota saw 16 days warmer than average and 13 days colder than average, out of the month’s 30 days.

In November 2025, northeast Minnesota and far northwest Wisconsin saw precipitation totals of about 0.25 to 0.5 inches, with some spots receiving around an inch. The South Shore area of northwest Wisconsin experienced higher amounts, ranging from 1 to over 3 inches.
