Dense fog with visibility of a quarter mile or less is expected in northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin from tonight through Tuesday morning, with conditions likely improving by Tuesday afternoon. Along with the fog, there’s a chance of some patchy light freezing mist during the night and into Tuesday morning.
Note: Fog could become more widespread again from Tuesday night into Wednesday morning.

From tonight into Tuesday morning, areas of rain and freezing rain are expected to develop mainly across the southern half of Minnesota and into parts of western and central Wisconsin. Most of this precipitation is expected to remain south of the Northland, including Duluth and Superior.

Late tonight through Tuesday morning, some areas could see up to a tenth of an inch of ice, with a few spots getting as much as two-tenths, affecting parts of south-central Minnesota as well as western and central Wisconsin.
