A cold front located in Northwest Minnesota early This Evening has been generating scattered strong to severe thunderstorms from Northern South Dakota into Northcentral Minnesota. Faster winds aloft are causing the anvils from these storms to shear out well away from the apparent thunderstorm. Pretty amazing!
