-Dangerously cold weather continues thru Thursday Morning-

*WIND CHILL WARNING*

-A wind chill warning has been issued for all of Northeast Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin from Midnight Tonight until 6 AM CST Thursday.

Counties included in the warning:

Cook MN
Lake MN
St. Louis MN
Carlton MN
Pine MN
Aitkin MN
Crow Wing MN
Cass MN
Itasca MN
Koochiching MN

Douglas WI
Bayfield WI
Ashland WI
Iron WI
Burnett WI
Washburn WI
Sawyer WI
Price WI

Some cities included in the warning:

Grand Marais…Two Harbors…Hibbing…Duluth…Moose Lake…Hinckley…Aitkin…Brainerd…Grand Rapids…International Falls…Superior…Bayfield…Ashland…Hurley…Siren…Shell Lake…Hayward…and Park Falls.

-Wind chills ranging from 35 below to 45 below zero late Tonight and Wednesday Morning, and again from late Wednesday Night into Thursday Morning.

-Frostbite time on exposed skin can occur in 15 minutes or less.

-A wind chill warning means the combination of very cold air and strong winds will create dangerously low wind chill values.  This will result in frost bite and lead to hypothermia or death if precautions are not taken.
