Looks like we have several more hours of snow to go across the Northland with heavier snow bands pushing northwest out of Northern Wisconsin.  Isolated reports of thunder snow may continue as well. Note:  Duluth had thunder snow at around 10 PM Tonight.

Winds will be increasing out of the north/west during the rest of Tonight.  Expect 15-30 mph wind speeds to spread into the Northland with gusts possibly greater than 40 mph.  Considerable blowing and drifting snow will develop with near whiteout conditions possible at times.  Scattered power outages may also occur due to the gusty winds and also from the snow sticking to tree branches and power lines.

Total snowfall accumulation map valid through Friday
