A major rain event is heading to Southern Minnesota and all but Northern portions of Wisconsin from late Tonight through early Friday morning.  The map below is the 4km NAM (18z run) rainfall forecast for Thursday and early Friday.  Widespread 2-4″ rain totals are expected but heavier totals of 4-8″ are certainly possible! This particular model/run even has some 10″ rain totals in Central Nebraska! Incredible!  Source, College of Dupage website.

Posting these pictures I’ve taken during the past few weeks for those that don’t follow me on facebook.  Enjoy!
