A little cooler, but still above normal temps in the Northland the next few days; 50s possible Sunday; a more active weather pattern possible next week

Highs today across much of South Dakota into parts of western and southern North Dakota topped out in the 50s and 60s, and this is 25-35 degrees above normal for March 2nd.

Probabilities for high temps >50 degrees valid from Saturday, March 6 thru Wednesday, March 10 per European Ensemble model.

For the Northland, it appears that our greatest chance for 50 degree high temperatures will come on Sunday, but far southern portions of the area also has a chance for 50 degree temps from next Monday thru Wednesday.
