Last night’s system did track slightly more to the north than what the computer models were showing, and the result from this was for a northward shift in the higher rainfall totals, with much of northeast Minnesota including the North Shore picking up anywhere from a half inch to over an inch of rain, with similar totals across northwest Wisconsin. The least amount of rain was over northern Minnesota where less than a quarter inch of rain was reported.
