A tornado watch has been issued until 3 AM CDT Tonight for Central Minnesota and Northwest Wisconsin.

Hail to 2″ in diameter
Thunderstorm wind gusts to 70 mph
Dangerous lightning

Cass, MN
Crow Wing, MN
Aitkin, MN
Pine, MN
Burnett, WI
Washburn, WI
Sawyer, WI
Some Cities included in the watch are: Cass Lake, MN…Walker, MN…Leader, MN…Brainerd, MN…Aitkin, MN…Pine City, MN…Hinckley, MN…Grantsburg, WI…Spooner, WI…and Hayward WI.
Remember a tornado watch means conditions are favorable for tornadoes in and close to the watch area, people in these areas should be on the lookout for rapidly changing weather conditions. Make sure you have a way to be notified should a warning be issued.
