Tonight through Wednesday Night (August 13-14)
High pressure stays in control of our weather resulting in some clouds/blue sky and pleasant late summer temperatures, although the nights will be a tad chilly especially away from Lake Superior. Lows Tonight and Tomorrow Night will be in the 40s and 50s with some 30s likely in the traditional cold spots. Highs Tomorrow will mainly be in the 70s. North, west or east winds are forecast at 5 to 15 mph.

Thursday through Saturday (August 15-17)
A few showers or thunderstorms might return to the Northland sometime Friday/Saturday, although I wouldn’t count on that happening just yet. High temperatures will be in the 70s and 80s Thursday-Saturday with lows Thursday Night and Friday Night mainly in the 50s to around 60 degrees.
