Tonight (December 25)
A few areas of low pressure will be centered to our south while a cold front continues to move southeast through the Northland. Mostly cloudy skies will continue Tonight. An area of light snow or mixed precipitation affecting parts of east central Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin should taper off during the Evening hours, but a new area of mainly light snow and flurries is expected to develop later in the night affecting locations along and south of Highway 2. Lows will be in the 20s to lower 30s with winds turning to the north or northwest at 5 to 15 mph.

Light snow and flurries are possible during the Morning hours across east central Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin. The rest of Friday looks dry. By Friday Night there could be another round of light snow that affects portions of northwest Wisconsin while mainly dry weather prevails in northern Minnesota.
