Some snow is expected to affect portions of the Northland Tuesday morning as a quick moving disturbance drops SE out of southern Saskatchewan tonight.

For Duluth — Some snow is possible Tuesday morning from around 4 AM to 9 AM. Total snowfall accumulations of a dusting to an inch.

Our system for Tuesday shows up nicely on water vapor imagery today as it moves SE across southern Saskatchewan this afternoon.

There will be enough lift which will accompany the system on Tuesday to squeeze out at least a little bit of snow in parts of the Northland.

A stronger trough and cold front are forecast to move across the upper Midwest on Thanksgiving, but it doesn’t look like this system will produce much in the way of meaningful precipitation with only some light snow or rain showers possible in parts of the Northland Thursday.
