Based on the snowfall reports I’ve seen thus far; it would appear that my snowfall forecast is in pretty good shape especially when considering that it will likely continue to snow through this evening.
Winter weather headlines remain in effect through 6 PM this evening, and we may see a few of these get extended a little later than 6 PM.

Winter storm continues across parts of the Northland this morning as a strong surface and mid/upper-level low sits and spins across the area.
Goes-16 infrared satellite loop ending 8:41 AM CT, Wednesday, January 4, 2023.
Snow will continue today into this evening across east-central Minnesota, Twin Ports, and in northwest Wisconsin with some heavier lake effect/lake enhanced snow bands along the South Shore of Lake Superior, and possibly affecting areas farther west including Duluth and toward the Two Harbors area.
Northeast winds gusting 25 to 45 mph will be found closer to Lake Superior with areas of blowing and drifting snow today and tonight. Winds will begin to diminish later tonight (after Midnight)
