A vast amount of cold air is sweeping southeast from western and central Canada, and it is expected to become even colder in the coming days.
This afternoon, temperatures in the Northland varied from the upper teens to the mid-20s, while the forecast for Friday and Saturday indicates highs will generally be in the teens up to around 20 degrees. Note: In late November, the typical high temperatures in our area range from the upper 20s to the lower 30s, while the typical low temperatures range from about 10 to 20 degrees. The next few nights will see temperatures drop to the single digits and teens across the Northland.
