This month in Duluth, we have experienced a combination of cold, arctic air and warmer air.

*As of December 26, 54% of the days have been colder than average, while 46% have been warmer than average. However, considering the forecasted temperatures through December 31, it is likely that we will end up with more above-normal days than below-normal days by the end of the month.

*So far this month, Duluth has recorded six subzero nights. The average in December is nine subzero nights. It is unlikely temperatures will drop below zero again in Duluth for the remainder of this month.
