The fog is expected to clear by Sunday afternoon, but it may return Sunday night and persist into Monday morning.
A broad trough and upper-level low persist over the northern Plains and upper Midwest tonight, gradually drifting eastward through Monday.
With the upper trough and low pressure lingering over the area, scattered showers are expected in northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin overnight through Monday. These showers will be fairly random, popping up just about anywhere and moving slowly.
