-Low pressure of 992mb is moving toward the Northern Missouri/Southern Iowa area as of 1 PM with strong 2-hour pressure falls of 4 millibars found over Eastern Iowa per meso-analysis.

-The 1st stage of this storm has arrived in the Twin Ports with light snow falling throughout the city.  Roads at least below the hill are primarily wet as of 1:08 PM but this will be changing soon.

Blue=Snow
Green=Rain

The main part of this storm is still organizing over Iowa and Southern Minnesota at mid Afternoon.  Overall I think the computer models have a real good handle on this storm.

Storm Prediction Center has much of Southern/Eastern Minnesota and West Central Wisconsin and nearby portions of Iowa in a meso-discussion for heavy snowfall rates of 1-2″ per hour through 5 PM Today.  This will spread farther north/northeast by This Evening.
