The main part of this storm is still organizing over Iowa and Southern Minnesota at mid Afternoon. Overall I think the computer models have a real good handle on this storm.
Storm Prediction Center has much of Southern/Eastern Minnesota and West Central Wisconsin and nearby portions of Iowa in a meso-discussion for heavy snowfall rates of 1-2″ per hour through 5 PM Today. This will spread farther north/northeast by This Evening.
