Looking ahead — Dry weather is expected in the Northland at least through Sunday, but computer models continue to hint at a possibility for more unsettled weather for next week (~March 21-23), but major differences remain on the type of precipitation we see and on precipitation amounts, will it be a significant event, or just light amounts? Another very nice late winter day in the Northland as temperatures soared well into the 50s in much of northern and east-central Minnesota with upper 40s in northwest Wisconsin.
We even had a slight breeze off Lake Superior which kept temperatures cooler closer to the lake today (another sure sign of spring!)
