A colder than average March in the Northland with above normal snowfall for some, and below normal snowfall for others.
March 2022 was 2 to more than 3 degrees colder than average in the Northland with snowfall totals for the month finishing nearly 6″ below normal at Duluth to over 7″ above normal at International Falls.
Percent of normal snowfall for March 2022 ranged from 192% of normal at International Falls to 46% of normal at Duluth.
