More rain will move SW to NE across the Northland this afternoon/evening, and this rain could continue most of the night.

An additional 0.50″ to 1″ or more of rain is likely through 7 AM Monday in northeast Minnesota and northwest Wisconsin per the NWS Blend of Models rainfall forecast.
The main system of interest is moving into the northern Plains late this morning, and this system is a strong one especially for this time of year. Plenty of moisture and strong forcing ahead of this system will generate more rain in the Northland this afternoon and tonight, and some rain will likely linger through the day Sunday, and possibly even into Monday morning in parts of the Northland.
