-Light snow showers and flurries scattered across the Northland tonight with very little it any snow accumulation.
-A stronger but moisture starved wave passes through the area late Monday into Tuesday morning bringing some light snow to the Northland with accumulations of a trace to 2 inches.
-Lake effect snow Tuesday along the South Shore of Lake Superior in northern Wisconsin mainly impacting parts of Iron County (Gile and Hurley areas) Snowfall accumulations of up to 3 inches possible in that area Tuesday.
-Cold week ahead with afternoon temps mostly in the upper 20s to middle 30s through midweek, and in the 30s to lower 40s late this week.
-Another system or two could affect the area late in the week/next weekend, and this system could bring some rain or perhaps a mix of rain/snow to parts of the Northland later this week.
System moving through Monday night is a strong one but won’t have much moisture to work with as it moves south/east out of Manitoba Canada.

Duluth area: Less than 1″ of snow Monday night and also for tonight.
Texas is showing off today with a very big temperature contrast, ranging from 34 at Amarillo to 91 at Laredo.
