🌧️ Babbitt, Embarrass, Ely Pick Up Rain in a Narrow Overnight Band

As expected, last night’s rain impacted a narrow stretch across far northern Minnesota into the Arrowhead, with little to no rainfall farther south in the region.

Babbitt led the way with just over a half inch of rain early Sunday, while Embarrass picked up around 0.4 inches and Ely collected nearly a quarter inch.

The 12-hour radar loop covers the time from 9:52 PM on Saturday to 9:45 AM on Sunday, August 8–9, 2026.
