This morning, a band of showers and thunderstorms swiftly passed through regions of the Northland. The highest rainfall was recorded in northwest Wisconsin, with Danbury and Spooner reporting approximately half an inch, and the Hayward area noting 0.40 inches earlier today. In contrast, northeastern Minnesota saw less rainfall, typically less than 0.10 inches, with the Duluth Airport registering 0.09 inches of rain.
